KVG2, established under the Real Estate Investment Company Act, is designed to pursue diversification of the capital market by combining the real estate and capital market and to provide hedges against risks by providing diverse investment portfolios

KVG2 is notable for providing high dividend yields after its purchasing of the JW Tower located at Nambusunhwan-ro, Seocho-gu. Its active asset management strategies that enabled such success included establishing stable rent income by contracting JW Holdings as a major lessee and enhancing the asset value by renovating the building.

Investment Attraction Factors and Major Changes in the Asset

 

The KVG2-owned JW Tower (2477, Nambusunhwan-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul) is an office building with great proximity, located near the Nambu Bus Terminal Subway Station and the Seocho IC, an entrance towards the Gyeongbu Express.

 

Furthermore, KVG2 is maintaining low vacancy by hosting major tenants such as JW Holdings and Indong FN and is also enhancing the building’s competitiveness through renovations. We especially emphasize that the building’s spaces and accommodations are being utilized very efficiently by having JW Holdings as its lessee. We are continuously taking actions for value enhancement such as providing a coffee shop and a cafeteria or conducting events like recitals for increased tenant satisfaction.

 

Termination of Management

Management of the company KVG1 was terminated in September 2017
